Total estimated delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All products shipped to the United States include all necessary customs documentation. You will not incur any unexpected import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at contact@covenantandtime.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot modify or reroute packages once they have entered processing or dispatch. Covenant & time Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While the vast majority of packages arrive within our average 26-day timeline, external delays (such as weather events, peak holiday seasons, or severe customs backlogs) can occasionally occur.

Tracking Updates: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 consecutive days, please notify us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Guaranteed Resolution: If your package has not arrived within 45 calendar days from your order date, we will issue a full refund or send a complimentary replacement—no questions asked.

7. Multiple Item Orders

If you purchase multiple items in a single order, they may occasionally ship in separate parcels depending on item availability and warehouse origin. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.
